Mr. Ranjit Khattar is Founder and Managing Partner of Xpress Funding Advisors which he set up in 1991. With over 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, he has advised companies across a diverse set of sectors including Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate and Manufacturing.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). In addition, he practices under the name M/s R. Khattar & Associates, which handles Audit and Taxation for various corporates across India and specializes in hospitality sector. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano and doing yoga.
Mr. Akash Khattar leads the Corporate Finance division at XFA. He looks into new client acquisition, business development, and maintains relationships with banks and key financial institutions. He has spearheaded financing for the startup sector with special focus in sectors like EV and Mobility, Drones, Biotech.
He completed his Msc. Finance from Cass Business School, London and holds a major in finance from University at Buffalo, New York.
He has earlier worked with Ernst & Young (EY) India as part of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) where he has been part of various marquee deals. In addition, he also worked at ICRA Ltd as part of Credit Rating team rating various large corporates on various different debt instruments. He is passionate about fitness and travel.
